MM1868

MinebeaMitsumi's linear regulators (LDOs) features products that take advantage of the strengths of both CMOS and bipolar processes : they support output currents from 100 mA to 1.5 A and offer additional functions such as soft start, reverse current protection and auto discharge, as well as output current detection, temperature sensor output and other special functions are available. MinebeaMitsumi MM1868 is a 1.0A LDO with a low saturation voltage. This device is offered in the PKG TO-252-5 package featuring high heat dissipation and the small-sized PKG HSOP-8 package. It supports reduction of the implementation space. It includes a thermal shutdown circuit in addition to an over-current protection circuit for protection, and contributes to the reliability improvement of the product.
